Whether you're planning an intimate dinner party, a milestone birthday, an elegant shower, or a festive celebration “just because,” I offer full-service party coordination designed to elevate your event and remove the stress from your experience.
From concept to execution, I handle the details so you can be fully present and enjoy your event. My coordination services typically include:
Curating and managing a team of trusted vendors
Assisting with venue selection and layout planning
Creating event timelines and managing logistics
Overseeing setup, décor placement, and flow of the event
On-site coordination from start to finish
Troubleshooting and managing any last-minute needs
The process begins with a $50 initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your vision, goals, and the scope of your event. Based on your needs, I’ll provide a flat-rate proposal tailored to the size and complexity of your party. A retainer will then be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance divided into one or two payments prior to the event. Cost of the initial consultation will be credited toward your fee total if you choose to move forward with my services.
